1.Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- Pinch of salt

- 1/8 tsp baking soda

- 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Melt the butter in the skillet over low heat.

3. Remove from heat, add sugars and vanilla, and mix well.

4. Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda until combined.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.


2. Mini Skillet Frittata

Ingredients:
